The joint law office "Pucar", Miljkan Pucar, Slavica Graorac and Slavko Jandrić was founded on 09.12.2018, and was entered in the directory of the Bar Association of the Republic of Srpska on 26.12.2018 . and is the legal successor of the law office of lawyer Miljkan Pucar. From the very beginning, our professionally trained staff prepares for professional training on a daily basis in order to provide clients with effective representation and services, while taking into account the special needs of each of our clients.

The law office has been providing all kinds of legal services since 1989, providing legal assistance to clients in various legal fields.The seat of the law office is in Banja Luka, Nikola Pašića Street 37/II. We correspond with clients in the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina, English and German.

We provide legal assistance and representation before the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Srpska, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and before the European Court of Human Rights.

The amount of the reward for work in the execution of the activities of a lawyer and the amount of reimbursement of expenses related to that work is regulated by the Tariff on rewards and reimbursement of expenses for the work of a lawyer and is charged in a fixed amount per submission or representation, that is, the defense at the hearing.
At the request of our clients, the amount of rewards and fees can be negotiated separately. We very often cooperate with legal entities to provide legal assistance in such a way that we will be at their disposal for all their legal issues and needs, and in return we are paid according to the agreed hourly rate.

Miljkan Pucar
Attorney at lawAttorney at law Miljkan Pucar is the founder of the law office and has been practicing law for more than 30 years. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Banja Luka, University of Banja Luka, in 1986, and passed the bar exam in 1989 in Belgrade. He has been practicing law independently since 1989 in a joint office with his principal lawyer Vlado Marojević.
He works as a lawyer in litigation, criminal, non-litigation, misdemeanor, bankruptcy, administrative proceedings and registration procedures in the register of companies. Represents clients, both legal and natural persons before domestic and foreign courts, administrative bodies and in extrajudicial proceedings. During his legal career, he worked on a large number of cases that were followed by a lot of publicity. Thanks to his rich experience, as well as his desire for continuous improvement, and accepting the constant challenges of the legal profession, he was a forerunner in many cases, especially in the area of protection of the basic rights and freedoms of legal and physical persons, and laid the foundations of the legal practice.
During his career, the lawyer has gained extensive experience in successfully representing clients who have suffered physical injuries in traffic accidents and on other grounds in compensation proceedings for material and non-material damages.
During his substantial and successful legal career, he particularly improved in the field of providing legal services for corporate clients, such as banks, insurance companies and large companies, investment funds and investment fund management companies, as well as in the field of commercial disputes and business contracts (sale of goods, insurance, construction, shipping, manufacturing, banking).
Criminal cases and procedures are also a sphere of action and work, as evidenced by the wide range of successfully completed cases, especially in the area of traffic offenses and economic crime.
SLAVICA LJUBIŠIĆ,
Attorney at lawGraduated from the Faculty of Law in Banja Luka, University of Banja Luka, in 2005. She passed the bar exam in 2009 in Banja Luka and has been working as an Attorney at law since 2011. She is also Certified court interpreter for the English language since 2007.
After completing her legal studies, she worked in the non-governmental sector as a consultant on matters of intellectual property rights protection. In 2007, she was employed as an intern at the Miljkan Pucar law office, and during her training and professional training, she worked on cases in litigation, criminal, non-litigation, misdemeanor, administrative procedures and registration procedures in the register of companies. After passing the bar exam in 2009, he works as a lawyer's expert associate. Having mastered the school of his principal, lawyer Miljkan Pucar, he has been working as an Attorney at law since 2011.
The law office has developed a large legal practice in the field of family and inheritance law, and lawyer Slavica Ljubišić, respecting the acquired reputation and adopting the principles of her principal, successfully represents clients in divorce proceedings, as well as a wide range of other issues in the field of family law, including child custody proceedings, child support contributions, division of marital property.
As a permanent court interpreter for the English language and with a rich experience of over 20 years in translation work, she performs translations of professional texts in the field of law, as well as in other fields.

He is a student of the second cycle of master's studies in the field of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Banja Luka.
